When will my watch be delivered?

Pre-orders dispatch in the order they are placed. We show the dispatch date on each product page and email you tracking as soon as your watch ships.

Why is cash on delivery not available?

The first edition is made in limited numbers against confirmed orders, so pre-orders are prepaid only. You can pay with UPI, debit or credit card, or netbanking.

Can I cancel my pre-order?

Yes. Write to us before your watch is dispatched and we will refund you in full to your original payment method.

Is shipping free?

Yes, shipping is free and insured to every pin code we deliver to in India.
